About Administration Dept.

The Administration Department is being headed by Mr. Tezungwe Mbadaan (Admin Secretary)
He holds a B.Sc. Public Administration and also a Member IPMA Institute of Professional Manager and Administrators of Nigeria. Professional Development Certificate for Administrators.

Key Functions of the Admin Dept.

  • To formulate and implement government polices.
  • Overseeing day to day operation, maintaining office facilitate ensuring a productive environment.
  • Handling promotion, recruitment, discipline and coordinate the activities of the organisation.
  • Facilitating internal and external communication, including correspondence, and announcements.

About Finance Dept.

The Finance Department is being headed by Mr. Joel Rimamkyaten (Director Finance)
He is a highly experienced and qualified accounting and finance professional with over 30 years of experience in government agencies and organizations. Proven track record of leadership and expertise in financial management, accounting, and budgeting.
He holds a Certified National Accountant (CNA), BSc. (Hons) Accounting, Master’s degree in accounting and Ph.D. in Accounting (in view) and he is also a professional Member Certified National Accountant (CNA) of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).

Key Functions of the Finance Department

  • Financial Management: Overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Budget Planning: Preparing and managing budgets for GIS projects and operations.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
  • Procurement: Managing procurement processes for GIS-related goods and services.
  • Fund Management: Managing funds for GIS projects and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Providing financial insights to inform decision-making.
  • Internal Controls: Ensuring effective internal controls and risk management practices.
